You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Credits you have already used are charged at the price you paid for them, and the rest of your payment is refunded. Unused credits from that subscription period or credit pack are removed from your account, and if a friend invited you, the referral credits they earned from that payment are removed from theirs. Films included with a plan (the monthly Pro and Pro Max picks) are charged at their single-film price if that plan payment is refunded, and any unused picks are removed. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

What is AIPet?+
AIPet turns your pet photo into a short cinematic video. Some templates need only your pet; others also use a photo of you so you can appear together. Pick a scene, upload the photos it asks for, and get a share-ready clip, made with Seedance 2.0 and MiniMax H3 and routed to whichever model does that scene best.
How do I make an AI video of my pet?+
Choose a template, upload the clear pet photo it asks for and add your own photo when the scene includes you, then tap Generate. Templates with dialogue can also offer voice choices. AIPet renders a video you can download or share.
Can I make my pet talk in the video?+
Some templates include spoken lines and let you choose from available human or pet voices. Action-only templates may use music and sound effects instead of dialogue.
Is AIPet free?+
New accounts can make one free preview (720p, watermarked): a you + pet story or a talking-pet clip. Pro and Pro Max make every story and tool, full length with no watermark, and each new plan includes a film of your choice — Pro one, Pro Max three.
What photos work best?+
Use a clear, front-facing photo for every subject the scene asks for. Good lighting, a visible face, and minimal obstruction give the model the strongest identity reference.
Which pets are supported?+
Cats and dogs work best. AIPet keeps your pet looking like a realistic version of itself rather than a cartoon.
Are my photos and videos private?+
Yes. Your uploads and videos are private to your account by default; a video only becomes shareable when you choose to create a share link.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes, within 7 days of purchase. Credits you have already used are charged at the price you paid for them, and the rest of your payment is refunded.
What happens to my credits after a refund?+
Unused credits from that subscription period or credit pack are removed from your account. If a friend invited you, the referral credits they earned from that payment are removed too.
What about the films included with my plan?+
Every month on Pro or Pro Max you get 1 film of your choice on top of your credits — any story, even the Pro-only showpieces. The pick is for that month; a new one arrives with each renewal (12 at once on an annual plan). If you refund the plan, films you already made with picks are charged at their single-film price and unused ones are removed.
Do credits expire?+
Credits from a credit pack expire 12 months after purchase. When you make a video, the credits closest to expiring are used first.
