• Uploaded photos: the photos of you and your pet that you submit to generate a video.
• Generated videos: the videos created from your inputs.
• Usage data: basic logs needed for security and reliability.
• Payment data: handled directly by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your card details.

3. How we use it

• To authenticate you and operate your account.
• To generate your videos, which requires sending your photos and prompt to our AI generation provider.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To maintain security and improve the Service.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Service providers

We rely on trusted third parties to run AIPet:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
• kie.ai / Seedance — AI video generation.
• Lemon Squeezy — payments (merchant of record).
• Vercel — hosting.

Your uploaded photos may be transmitted to the AI provider solely to render your video.

5. Retention & deletion

We keep your account data while your account is active, and your uploads and videos so you can access them in your gallery. You can request deletion of your account and associated data anytime by emailing support@aipet.video.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for login sessions. We do not use them to sell your data.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g. EEA/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact support@aipet.video to exercise these rights.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
