Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of AIPet (the "Service"), available at aipet.video. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

AIPet lets you upload photos of yourself and your pet, choose a cinematic template, and generate an AI video. Videos are produced by third-party AI models and results may vary.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Your content

• You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the videos you generate.
• You grant AIPet a limited license to store and process your uploads solely to provide the Service (including sending them to our AI generation providers).
• You confirm you have the right to use every photo you upload, and that it does not depict another person without their consent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or upload content that:

• is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, or violent;
• impersonates someone or uses their likeness without consent;
• infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
• attempts to disrupt, abuse, or reverse-engineer the Service.

6. AI content & likeness policy

AIPet generates videos from the photos you provide. Because this involves a real person's likeness, you specifically agree that:

• You will only upload a photo of yourself, or of a person who has given you explicit consent, together with a photo of your own pet.
• You will not upload photos of public figures, celebrities, or any third party without their consent.
• You will not use the Service to create sexual, nude, defamatory, deceptive, or otherwise harmful depictions of any person, nor to impersonate or mislead.
• You will not depict minors in any unsafe or inappropriate context.

We use automated and manual review to enforce this policy. We may refuse, remove, or block any generation, and suspend accounts that violate it. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and generate.

7. Credits, plans & payments

• Generating a video uses credits. Paid plans include monthly credits, and credit packs can be bought as one-time top-ups. Credit pack credits expire 12 months after purchase, and the credits closest to expiring are used first. Pro and Pro Max include 1 film of your choice every month (12 at once on an annual plan), for that billing period; if the payment is refunded, films made with them are charged at their single-film price and unused ones are removed. New accounts can make one free preview, a you + pet story or a talking-pet clip; free videos are 720p and watermarked.
• Payments and subscriptions are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record. If you start a checkout and don't finish it, Creem may email you a reminder on our behalf; every such email has an unsubscribe link.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a web subscription through the billing provider; the effective cancellation date is shown in that billing flow.
• If a generation fails, or a paid render completes with a clear technical defect (for example a distorted face or broken motion), contact us within 48 hours at support@aipet.video or via Help & Feedback. We review confirmed failures and quality issues and may restore credits. Subjective dissatisfaction or stylistic preference does not qualify.
• You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Credits you have already used are charged at the price you paid for them, and the rest of your payment is refunded. Unused credits from that subscription period or credit pack are removed from your account, and if a friend invited you, the referral credits they earned from that payment are removed from theirs. Films included with a plan (the monthly Pro and Pro Max picks) are charged at their single-film price if that plan payment is refunded, and any unused picks are removed. 8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI output may contain inaccuracies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIPet is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months.

9. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
