Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of AIPet(the "Service"), available at aipet.video. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

AIPet lets you upload photos of yourself and your pet, choose a cinematic template, and generate an AI video. Videos are produced by third-party AI models and results may vary.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Your content

• You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the videos you generate.
• You grant AIPet a limited license to store and process your uploads solely to provide the Service (including sending them to our AI generation providers).
• You confirm you have the right to use every photo you upload, and that it does not depict another person without their consent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or upload content that:

• is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, or violent;
• impersonates someone or uses their likeness without consent;
• infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
• attempts to disrupt, abuse, or reverse-engineer the Service.

6. AI content & likeness policy

AIPetgenerates videos from the photos you provide. Because this involves a real person's likeness, you specifically agree that:

• You will only upload a photo of yourself, or of a person who has given you explicit consent, together with a photo of your own pet.
• You will not upload photos of public figures, celebrities, or any third party without their consent.
• You will not use the Service to create sexual, nude, defamatory, deceptive, or otherwise harmful depictions of any person, nor to impersonate or mislead.
• You will not depict minors in any unsafe or inappropriate context.

We use automated and manual review to enforce this policy. We may refuse, remove, or block any generation, and suspend accounts that violate it. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and generate.

7. Credits, plans & payments

• Generating a video consumes credits. Free and paid plans include a set number of credits.
• Payments and subscriptions are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Failed generations are refunded automatically. If a paid render completes but looks clearly wrong (distorted face, broken motion), contact us within 48 hours at support@aipet.video or via Help & Feedback. We review and may refund credits for confirmed quality issues. Subjective dissatisfaction or stylistic preference does not qualify.
• Except where required by law, subscription fees and used credits are non-refundable.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI output may contain inaccuracies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIPet is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months.

9. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
