AI video can vary — even top models occasionally produce distorted faces or broken motion. If your render completed but looks clearly wrong, include your Generation ID below. We review within 48 hours and refund credits when confirmed.

Failed renders are refunded automatically. Subjective "not pretty enough" doesn't qualify — try another template or regenerate.
