How big is the picture?+
Every picture renders in 4K: 2160 × 3840 pixels, 9:16. That is sharp enough for a phone wallpaper, Stories and Reels, or an 18 × 32 cm print. A free picture comes in full 4K with a watermark across it, so you can zoom in and see the detail; the clean 4K original is the file you keep.
What happens to my pet's photo?+
It is shrunk in your browser, stored privately for the few seconds the picture takes, checked by our safety filter, and deleted as soon as your picture is made. The finished picture stays private to your account.
Why did my picture come out weird?+
A clear, well-lit photo with your pet's whole face visible works best. Side angles and dark photos confuse the model. A failed picture never uses your daily allowance or credits.
