Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: November 3, 2026
1. What AIPet is for
AIPet makes short AI videos of you and your pet from photos you upload. This policy sets out what you may and may not make. It is part of our Terms of Service.
2. Who can appear in a video
- Only you, the account holder (accounts are for adults 18 and over), together with your own pet.
- No other people, even with their permission. No children. No public figures or celebrities.
- Pet-only videos need a photo of your own pet and no people.
3. Not allowed
- Sexual, nude or suggestive content of anyone.
- Violence, hate or harassment.
- Deceptive content: fake news, scams, impersonation, or videos that present something a real person never said or did as real.
- Content that infringes someone's copyright, trademark or privacy.
- Harm to animals, or content that encourages it.
- Trying to get around these rules, our checks, or the Service's limits.
4. How we enforce it
- Before every video with a person in it, you confirm the photo is you. We keep a record of each confirmation: the time, your account and a fingerprint of the photo (not the photo itself).
- Text you enter is screened automatically before anything is made.
- We review every report by hand. We may refuse or remove any video and suspend accounts that break this policy.
5. Posting your videos
Your videos are made by AI. When you post one, use the platform's AI-generated label where it asks for one (TikTok, Instagram and YouTube do), and don't present it as real footage.
6. Report misuse
If you see an AIPet video that shows you without your permission, or that breaks this policy, email support@aipet.video with a link to the video or a description. We review every report and take down videos that break this policy.
